Masked Identity was in excellent form on Turf before scoring at Newmarket then followed up at Wolverhampton on Saturday for which he has a 6lb penalty. However, a 5lb claimer has been booked so it will be a surprise if he’s not thereabouts. PROCLAIMER has now won his last four, all over a mile including here last time. He’s generally had a bit in hand and could be even better over this shorter trip so win number five looks on the cards. Broctune Red is 5-15 here though is better over a mile nowadays while all of Busby’s six all-weather victories have been on Polytrack. Cote d’Azur pops up every now and then and could reward each-way support at a price.
